Chemical mine projects constitute one of the major businesses for Lehigh with over 50 years of experience. Lehigh is a leading institute in terms of technology, experience and talent in China, having taken almost 80% of designs of principal part of the proposed and on-going large and medium chemical mine projects in China.
Mineral processing research
The Mineral Processing and Resource Development Technology Center is mainly engaged in research, development and production of beneficiation process and reagent and rock-mineral identification and other applied technologies. It takes the lead in China in the development of beneficiation processes and reagents for phosphate rock, potassium ore, sulfide ore, fluorite and others. Remarkable achievements have been made in the development of phosphate, pyrite and potash resources with completion of a number of national key scientific and technological projects and some of technologies awarded patents. The technologies of phosphate beneficiation and potash development have got access to the international market and given a high appraisal among experts in the industry.
